If you're anything like me, you like to try new food recipes every now and again.

However, this can be kind of hard to do when you are using a diet as restricted as the HCG 500 Calorie Protocol - With such a short list of foods to choose from, there's not a lot of room for variety.

But, this does make it that much more exciting when you do find something new that you are allowed to have.

Well, it looks like today is going to be one of those exciting days - That's because earlier I just happened to find a Phase 2 Recipe that I have never tried before. It's called...

HCG Chicken Chili

Here's What You'll Need...

  • 100 Grams - Cooked Chicken (Shredded or Chopped)
  • 2 Cups - Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 Cup - Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 Teaspoon - Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon - Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon - Celery Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon - Dried Chopped Onions
  • 1 Pinch - Sea Salt
  • 1 Pinch - Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring Chicken Broth to a boil.
  2. Add in Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder, Celery Salt, Dried Chopped Onions, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. Stir in Shredded Cabbage.
  4. Add in cooked Chicken (Shredded or Chopped).
  5. Simmer until chili is to your desired consistency.Stir constantly.

Note: You can make your chicken and your broth at the same time by following this simple recipe for homemade HCG Chicken Broth.
