Not Losing Weight Got You Stressed?
For the most part when you use the HCG Diet you will find yourself steadily losing weight and feeling great on a day to day basis.
On the other hand, sometimes you might have a day here and there where things don't go exactly how you'd like them to.
When these "Not so Great" days do take place, it's what you do, or don't do, that can make all the difference in the world.
What Should You Do, Or Not Do, If You Are Having A Bad Day On The HCG Diet?
Well first of all, it all depends on why your day is not going so good.
If you are having a bad day because you haven't lost any weight in 24 hours or more, chances are you've hit a Plateau. If this is the case, there are many different Plateau Breakers you can try.
But the one thing that you should absolutely not do, is get stressed out. If you find yourself getting stressed about not losing weight, you need to clear your mind and try to relax.
Keep in mind, if you are closely following the protocol and not getting too worked up about it, your Plateau shouldn't last more then a day or 2.
I have said it before and I will say it again, a huge part of this diet is your mindset - If you have a negative attitude about the diet, you are more than likely going to get negative results.
Try not to get too wrapped up in the number of pounds you have lost. If you think about it, any amount of weight is a step in the right direction.
And if you don't lose weight for a couple of days, so what! That is not the only benefit of doing this diet. You do this diet to feel good, and change those unhealthy ways of eating that have led you to where you're at today.
So whether it's 1/4 or 2 whole pounds, you are doing something positive to better yourself and your situation. And that alone should make your day feel a little brighter.
