How Would It Be To Have The Body Of An Olympic Athlete?
I know that I have mentioned once or twice in the past that I work for BMW of Murray here in my home state of Utah.
Sometimes, BMW puts together a big event where we have an important guest come out to meet the public - Well, it just so happens that the other day we had one such event take place.
We called it the BMW Drive For Team USA Event, and our special guest was none other than Allison Baver, Speed Skating Bronze Medal Winner at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
Now I had the opportunity to spend a little bit of time with Allison, and I have to say, she is sweet, friendly and very beatiful - And it goes without saying, she works very hard to look as good as she does. Clearly, she eats right, exercises, and trains hard.
In this article written by Self.com, they talk to Allison about her diet, and this is what she was quoted as saying...
"Breakfast becomes challenging when traveling and I need to improvise as much as possible"
"I also eat different things depending on my workout or my goals. I recently started adding yogurt in the morning for the probiotic benefit."
Keep in mind that these are foods that we can not eat during Phase 2 of this diet. However, her diet is a good example of how you want to eat during Phase 4 (Life).
Of coarse to accomplish the things that Allison has accomplished, it takes a bit more than a good diet. Among other things, you have to be a very driven individual; you don't just one day wake up as an Olympic athlete, you have to earn that title. It's obvious that Allison has worked very hard to get to where she's at today.
Now I'm sure that most of us will never become Olympic Athletes, but who knows, maybe one day you could have a body like one. Because even though we haven't been as strict about the things we eat, or as dedicated to our workout routines as Allison, it really is never to late to start.
So no matter what, stay strong, keep at it, and good luck on your HCG Diet Journey!
