Topping The HCG Diet Off With Some Weight Watchers

This guest post was written by Steve Nielson

The HCG diet is pretty straight forward. You take some drops, pills, or give yourself some injections, you limit yourself to a 500 calorie per day diet and you lose one to three pounds per day.

If you ask me, losing the weight is pretty easy, the 500 calorie intake each day is the most difficult part, but if you can man up for a few weeks you will be looking your best in no time.

Once the diet is over is where most people seem to have a lot of problems. What I’ve found over the years that anyone who loses weight rapidly, whether it be with the HCG diet, or not, some of the weight just comes back. It’s definitely not fair, and it’s definitely not motivating. In some cases it can cause some slight depression that often times causes more weight to come back and before you know it, you are right back where you started.

At FastWeightLossWithHCG.com we know this is a big problem and have seen it in many of our clients. Because of this, we’ve come up with a maintenance plan that seems to work very well in keeping the weight off for our clients. We call it the HCG Diet + Weight Watchers maintenance plan. I know, real original huh?

Ok, so here’s the deal. It is actually very unhealthy to stay on the HCG diet for more than 40 days. Most doctors recommend a 20 day plan and nothing more than that. After that, then what do you have? Absolutely nothing. This is when the Weight Watchers maintenance plan comes into play.

A lot of people have great success with Weight Watchers. The really cool thing about the program is that they craft a diet around your body type and the way that your body interacts with food.

Typically with Weight Watchers you will go on the diet and get a certain amount of points, fewer up front until you lose the weight, and then more later on when you are on “maintenance”. We’ve found that after a quick 20 days on the HCG diet you can launch right into the maintenance plan and successfully keep the weight off. It’s relatively painless and easy to maintain your weight loss and you can look good for many years to come.

If you have struggled to keep the weight off after trying HCG, you should definitely look into the program. Trust me, you will not regret it.

HCG Diet Phase 1

How Much Do You Really Know About Phase 1 Of The HCG Diet? Today I was reading up on Kevin Trudeau's Weight Loss Protocol, when I came across Phase 1 of the HCG Diet. And as I was reading I thought, this would be a great topic for today's blog post. However I must warn you it's kind of long. Oh who am I kidding, it's very long. So make sure that you set aside a little bit of time to read it. Now while you are reading this article try to remember, Phase 1 is not something that everyone does - But if you do decide to do it you will likely experience greater success during Phase 2. Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...
