The Confusion Between Phase 1 And 2

Do You Know Which Phase Of The HCG Diet You Are On Right Now?

With all of the methods and techniques that exist for the HCG Diet these days, you will have to make the decision about which one you should use.

This can sometimes be a lot harder than one might initially think.

Because as most of you already know, there are many different protocols that have been written for the HCG Weight Loss Diet. In fact, I have even talked about a few of them here on this blog.

However, the problem with having all of these different HCG Protocols is it creates a lot of room for confusion among users of the diet.

That is why today I thought we would try to clear up some of that confusion once and for all.

So Which Part Of The HCG Diet Are People Getting Most Confused About?

Recently it has come to my attention that a lot of people out there don't know whether the Gorge Days and the 500 Calorie Diet are part of Phase 1 or 2.

To put it simply, the majority of people, myself included, refer to this as Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. As for Phase 1, it is simply an optional Phase of the diet; however, it is something that is highly recommended.

Now I know that this may be different to what you some of you have going by. But the good news is, I have all four of the different HCG Phases listed above. You can locate them just beneath the HCG Diet 411 logo.

So if you are still a bit lost, I encourage you to have a look at every one of the Phases above.

Which HCG Protocol Do We Follow Here At HCG Diet 411?

For the most part, I go by Dr. Simeons as well as Kevin Trudeau's HCG Protocol - And basically they are pretty much the same thing.

To me, Kevin Trudeau's Book is kind of like an updated version of the original Protocol.

But at the end of the day it doesn't really matter what you call it, because if you do it right, it all works the same way!

Do you consider the 500 Calorie Diet to be Phase 1 or Phase 2?

As always, I would love to hear what you think - So please be sure to tell me your thoughts in a comment below.
