HCG Diet Dressing

Dress Up Your Low Calorie Food With This Delicious HCG Dressing Recipe!

During the first week in August, I wrote a post about becoming an HCG Diet Master Chef.

In the post I talk about creating your own recipes, and also trying new things to spice up your food. On top of that, I encouraged people to share the recipes that they have created.

Well one of my readers, Karen, has gone and done just that. Karen has come up with a tasty recipe for a dressing that she likes to use on her veggies, and just about anything else she eats on the HCG Diet.

So today I wanted to go ahead and share Karen's creation with all of you. And since she didn't tell me the name of this little HCG recipe, we will just have to call it "Karen's HCG Diet Dressing"

Here it is in Karen's own words...

Karen's HCG Diet Dressing

I just made some incredibly delicious dressing. I put it on everything.

  • 1 tablespoon of dried dill
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 c water
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon braggs apple cider vinegar
Directions:

Blend all of the ingredients up really well in the blender -

I poured mine in an old agave bottle I had & it was perfect for drizzling it over my spinach. But it is yummy on everything I have put it on!

Sounds delicious doesn't it? Well I would just like to give a big THANK YOU to Karen for sharing her HCG Recipe with all of us.

Now if you too have an HCG Diet Recipe that you would like to share, you can tell me all about it in a comment below, or feel free to send me email.
