HCG Recipe Phase 2: HCG Mexican Chicken Soup

We're Going South Of The Border With This HCG Recipe!

Last week I posted a few different HCG Recipes - For the most part it seems like they were a pretty big hit.

So this week I thought I would kick things off by doing the same thing. That's right ... I've got another delicious HCG Recipe (Phase 2) for you to try.

Feel free to make this one as spicy as you'd like. Personally, I like to keep my spicy food a little on the mild side.

HCG Mexican Chicken Soup

  • 100 Grams - Cooked Chicken Breast (Shredded
  • 2 Cups - Chicken Broth
  • ½ Onion (Diced)
  • 1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cumin
  • Pinch of Cayenne
  • A Little Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, combine Onion, Chicken Broth and Garlic over medium heat.
  2. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add Chicken, Cumin, Cayenne, Salt and Pepper.
  4. Continue to cook over medium heat for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and serve.

This is one HCG Recipe that became an instant hit with my entire family!

For me one of the hardest parts of making it through Phase 2 of the HCG Diet Plan was coming up with new and creative ways to prepare my food. However, sometimes I would come across a recipe that would make me forget that I was dieting altogether. One delicious recipe that I found myself cooking up time and time again is these Phase 2 Approved Shredded Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Here's how it's done...
