HCG Recipe: Thai Chicken Curry Soup

Now Here's An HCG Recipe With Some Kick!

Chicken Thai Curry
On the HCG Diet it helps a great deal when you have people out there that are willing to share their knowledge.

This is why I encourage members of my HCG Forum to share their favorite recipes with the rest of us. Well one such member of our forum was kind enough to do just that.

So here is Mustang5's HCG Recipe for Thai Chicken Curry Soup.

Thai Chicken Curry Soup

  • 100 grams - Chicken breast (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups - Chicken broth
  • 1 Tablespoon - Green curry paste
  • 2 Tablespoon - Fish sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon - Stevia
  • 2 cups - Chopped baby bok choy (or regular bok choy)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • (Optional) 1/2 Teaspoon - Sambal oleek (You can delete this if you don't want it to be too spicy)

Combine broth with curry paste and cook for 3 minutes. Add fish sauce, stevia and chili paste. Add chicken and poach for 5 minutes. Add bok choy and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until bok choy is tender. Take off heat and add lime juice.

NOTE: I also added a dab of coconut oil for flavor. I know it's not on the protocol but it adds a great flavor.

Having a new way to prepare the same old food can sometimes help you from straying away from the HCG protocol. So thanks for sharing Mustang5.

If you would like to share an HCG Recipe and have it appear in one of our upcoming posts, head on over to our HCG Forum and leave it there.

Unfortunately, constipation is one of the few side effects of the HCG Diet. The good news is that you are not alone. In fact, around 80% of all HCG Diet users experience this problem. Fortunately, there is something that you can do about it. So if it seems that you too are having a lot less bowel movements since you started the HCG Diet, read the information below to see what you can do about it. What To Do About Constipation On The HCG Diet: If constipation has become more of a problem since starting the HCG Diet, you can keep it from happening so often by drinking more water.
