HCG Recipe Phase 2: Strawberry Delight

Over in our HCG forum I like to encourage members to share their favorite HCG Recipes that they have found or created themselves. I even started a thread specifically for sharing HCG Recipes.

 And ever since I posted the thread asking members to contribute, there have been a variety of delicious recipes that have popped up.

 In fact, just the other day one of our members, Lily, told us about a recipe that she had recently come up with. She calls her creation Strawberry Delight and it sounds absolutely wonderful.

So today I wanted to take a minute and share it with all of you.
Strawberry Delight

 (This recipe gives you 3 servings)

  • 300g frozen Strawberries
  • 1 level Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons of Skim Milk
  • French Vanilla (or plain) Stevia (to taste)
  • A little Water

Just blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy!
Yields about 8 to 10 ounces each serving.

All ingredients are P2 friendly.
