Even though the diet is an important part of the HCG routine, reports show that the weight lost through using HCG take longer to return. The HCG routine helps you to retain energy while you lose weight as it naturally dissolves all unnecessary fat into the bloodstream and ultimately removes it from the body.

Use the HCG injections for two days before starting with the program to give your brain time to get used to it. Then, start the 500 calorie per day diet and continue with it until the time you reach your desired weight.   8. Thanks for this informative post. I now have another option in losing belly fat. I know that people can't really reduce certain parts of the body without losing overall weight. So weight loss is necessary to even start the process. In fact, in the military diet, certain condiments are eliminated while putting in healthy condiments to make weight loss possible.
