An Independence Day Fit For An HCG Dieter

Happy Fourth Of July All Of You HCG Dieters!!!

Well it's the 4th of July, and we all know what that means -- Time to raise the flag, break out the barbecue and light off some fireworks.

The good news is that a lot of the traditional Independence Day grub can still be eaten by all you HCG Dieters.

However, if I had to choose one I would have to say that my personal favorite food for the 4th is, and probably always will be, Kabobs.

The reason they work so great for the HCG Diet is because all you really need is some chicken or shrimp , a few cherry tomatoes, maybe some onions, your favorite seasonings and of coarse some skewers - Then simply throw them on the grill and you've got some delicious 4th of July Kabobs.

Now all you really need is a few sparklers and some HCG Diet Lemonade and you've got yourself a party.

But more than anything just remember to have a happy and safe 4th of July Holiday!

As always, I would love to hear what you think - So please be sure to tell me your thoughts in a comment below.
