How bad do you really want to lose weight and keep it off?
There are many different reasons that a person fails at keeping the weight from coming back once they've lost it with the HCG Diet.
However, there is really only one reason that others succeed ... Because of how bad they want it!
Think about it, this is basically the same rule for anything in life, if you want it bad enough you will make it happen.
Well, the same goes for the HCG Diet. That's right, I hate to be the one to break it to you, but simply doing the diet is not enough. That's because almost anyone who does the HCG Diet will lose weight -- But only the people who make the conscious choice to keep it off will succeed in doing so.
This means that you must make permanent changes to your eating habits. The good news is that everything that you need to do is all laid out for you in the HCG Protocol, you just have to follow it.
I can't tell you how many people I have watched lose a ton of weight during the 500 Calorie Diet, but then they just give a "half ass" effort in Phase 3; which is without a doubt one of the most important parts of the diet.
It's like they think that because they lost the weight the diet is over and they've won the battle. Unfortunately, these people get a rude awakening when they start gaining the weight back.
Now I know that there are certain circumstances that can make a person gain the weight back, such as having a baby or maybe an illness.
But other than those few exceptions, if you do this diet right and you really want to kick obesity's ass, then there is no reason why you can't succeed at doing just that.
So before you start this diet, make sure that you are one of those people who really want to get rid of the weight for good. Because otherwise the only thing you will succeed at is temporarily losing a few pounds.
But if you truly want it bad enough then I know that you CAN and WILL make it happen!
