The other day as I was looking for a new holiday recipe to post here on our blog, I saw the word HCG in the same sentence with Vanilla - I knew right then that I had found my recipe.
As I have mentioned before, I am a huge fan of anything Vanilla; and after you taste this one, I'm sure you'll be a fan too.
So do yourself a favor and try out this new HCG Recipe for Phase 2 (500 Calorie Diet)
Now if you have already moved on to the Maintenance Phase of the HCG Diet, you are allowed to modify the recipe just a bit. Here's how...
Phase 3 modifications:
Stir in 1 tablespoon of cold butter cut into small cubes and whisk quickly until nice and blended.
Or you can add a small amount of cream in place of the lemon juice. You can also add a dash of cinnamon for added flavor if you'd like.

HCG Holiday Recipe: Apple Slices and Vanilla Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon - Vanilla Powder
- 2 Tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- ½ Teaspoon - Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Pinch - Stevia
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, mix Stevia and Vanilla Powder into the Lemon juice and Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Heat the sauce, but do not boil.
- Pour into a dipping bowl.
- Now simply dip your freshly cut Apple Slices into the warm Vanilla sauce and enjoy.
Makes 1 serving for 1 serving of fruit.
