Every year as Christmas approaches, so does the birthday of our once little HCG blog.

It is kind of hard to believe that we have been actively publishing information about the HCG Diet for 3 whole years.

Now I know that for most people 3 years doesn't seem like a long time; but for a blog, every year is a milestone.

So today I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for helping us to grow our blog to well over 1,200 visitors a day -- And lets not forget the hundreds of HCG Forum members that help keep our little community active.

Suzy and I personally know how hard this diet can be, and that having the right information is crucial to your weight loss success.

And as long as there are people out there doing the HCG Diet, we will continue to publish helpful content for all the world to read.
