And The Award For The Hardest Part Of The HCG Diet Goes To...

You'll Be Shocked At Which Part Of The Diet Took Home The Award!

Oscar Award Statue
As usual the annual Academy Award Ceremony has created quite a bit of buzz on the World Wide Web -- From Facebook to Twitter, it seems to be the main topic of conversation lately.

So today I thought that we would go ahead and follow suit. However, instead of talking about the traditional categories like "Best Actor" or "Best Picture", I decided that we would hand out an award in a category that we call "The Hardest Part Of Doing The HCG Diet".

Now as you can imagine, it was very difficult to narrow it down to just five nominees -- There were just so many worthy candidates. However, in the end we could only nominate 5; rules are rules.

And The Nominees Are...

  1. Eating Just 500 Calories Per Day
  2. Giving Up Soda Pop On The HCG Diet
  3. Sticking To The HCG Protocol
  4. A Small Variety Of Food On The HCG Diet Menu
  5. Hitting A Weight Loss Stall

After looking over the list of nominees, some people might say that the hardest part of the HCG Diet is that you are only allowed to eat 500 Calories per day. But believe it or not, there is something even harder than cutting your daily food consumption down to less than 1/3 of what you are used to.

So What Is The Hardest Part About The HCG Diet?

Well, after careful consideration from the HCG 411 Academy, we have determined that the most difficult part of this diet seems to be keeping yourself 100% committed to following the HCG Protocol.

I think the main reason that this is so hard for people is because 90% of HCG Dieters don't properly prepare themselves the way they should.

The fact is, getting yourself mentally as well as physically prepared for the HCG Diet could double your chances of success. Not only that, but you will likely experience a higher rate of weight loss as well.

So the award goes to ... Sticking to the HCG Protocol

But how can you better prepare your body mentally and physically for the HCG Diet?

The #1 thing you can do is complete as much of Phase 1 as you possibly can. This will include things like doing a body cleanse, daily walks, removing artificial sweeteners from your diet, as well as various other things.

Keep in mind that just because Phase 1 of the HCG Diet is not mandatory, doesn't make it any less important, it is still very highly recommended.

Phase 1 plays a crucial role in helping your body to reset your Hypothalamus Gland, retrain your metabolism, it even helps you to lose weight on a more consistent basis during Phase Two.

Ultimately, doing Phase 1 can help get you into the right state of mind as well as better prepare your body so that you can experience a more successful round.

So remember, although it may take a little bit more work, the benefits are definitely worth it in the long run!

NOTE: Just to be clear, when I say Phase One, I am not talking about the 500 Calorie Diet, that part of the diet is most commonly referred to as Phase 2. I know that there are different protocols out there and not all of them say the same exact things. But for the most part you find that most of the protocols written for the HCG Diet have the 500 Calorie Diet listed as Phase 2.

What has been the most difficult part of the HCG Diet for you?

As always, I would love to hear what you think - So please be sure to tell me your thoughts in a comment below.
