HCG P2 Recipe: Spaghetti With Breaded Chicken

HCG SpaghettiEvery now and again you come across an HCG Recipe that sounds so good you think to yourself that there is NO WAY it could be HCG Diet Approved!

Well, this is one of those kinds of recipes - And guess what, it comes complete with the HCG Diet stamp of approval right on the box. Okay, there's no box. But never the less, it is okay to eat as part of the 500 Diet Calorie Plan.

This P2 HCG Recipe was actually created by one of our lovely HCG 411 Forum members - And one of the many things that I just love about this person is she was thoughtful enough as to include an HCG dessert; because really, what meal is complete without dessert!?!

Honestly, if the Olive Garden created an HCG Diet Menu, this recipe would definitely be on it.

So if you are currently struggling your way through Phase 2: The 500 Calorie Diet, and you want to try an amazing HCG Recipe, you have to give this one a go.

Spaghetti With Breaded Chicken

Ingredients For Spaghetti:

  • 1 Tomato
  • Small Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Slice of Onion
  • Miracle Noodles

Directions For Spaghetti Sauce:

  1. Take your 1 tomato, cut the center out like you would coring an apple and insert your clove of garlic.
  2. Add to your pan with 1 slice or so of an onion.
  3. Bake at 475 degrees till the skin blisters and the tomato is soft for about 20 minutes or so. (I had to take the onion slice out well before the tomato so make sure you keep an eye on it.)
  4. When Done, peel, then place in a blender or food processor and puree.
  5. Add Italian seasoning to your liking.

NOTE: If it is too liquidy, place it in a saucepan and reduce it on the stove until it reaches desired consistency.

Tips for Preparing Your Noodles:

  • Then for the noodles, you simply use Miracle Noodles.
  • Drain, then rinse them a few times.
  • Boil them in chicken broth for 1 minute.
  • Now drain and add them to your pan of Spaghetti Sauce.

Ingredients For Breaded Chicken:

  • 1 Melba Toast
  • A Pinch of Granulated Garlic
  • A Pinch of Black Pepper  

Directions for Breaded Chicken:

  1. Crush your 1 Melba toast and mix in your Granulated Garlic and Black Pepper.
  2. Coat your 3.5 oz  chicken breast with the mixture.
  3. Use a good nonstick pan and cook till done.

NOTE: If you prefer, you can bake your Breaded Chicken in the oven until chicken is cooked.

HCG Diet Dessert:

For This You will Need

  • 1 Apple
  • A Dash of Stevia
  • A Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions:

  1. Bake your 1 apple. 
  2. Cut in half.
  3. Sprinkle with a little pumpkin pie spice and Stevia.

Like I said, it almost sounds too good to be true, but I assure you, it's the truth!
