HCG Style Sauteed Greens

Here is a Delicious Twist on an Otherwise Boring HCG Veggie!

Beet GreensA couple of months ago one of our fabulous forum members posted about how she likes to whip up Greens on the HCG Diet Plan.

It's so simple, yet so delicious - I recommend that you give it a try the next time you plan on eating Greens with one of your meals.

HCG Style Sauteed Greens

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/4 cup Chicken or Beef Broth
  • A Couple Handfuls of your Favorite Greens (Beet Greens, Spinach etc.)
  • 3 or 4 Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Mr. Dash (Optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a nonstick skillet combine garlic and broth.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add greens stirring continuously.
  4. Saute the greens till wilted.
  5. Season with Black Pepper and Mr. Dash then serve!

NOTE:

  • If while sauteing the greens start to get too dry, just add a little more broth.

In yesterdays post, " What To Do After The HCG Injections Stop " we talked about the goal of the Maintenance Phase - Which of coarse is to stay within 2 pounds of what you weighed on your last injection day, or on the last day of taking your HCG Drops or Pellets. HCG Diet Phase 2
