How To Take HCG Drops: What Is The Right Way To Take HCG Drops, And What Time Should I Do It?

HCG DropperThese days it seems that more people are taking HCG Drops over any other method of doing the HCG Diet - And I think most of us can understand why. After all, I don't know of too many people who like sticking themselves with needles.

Then there are of coarse those people who have a very real fear of needles, or a needle phobia if you will. This can make them physically or mentally unable to do injections of any kind.

But when it comes to administering the HCG Hormone there is actually one other method that can be used, aside from drops or shots, I'm of coarse talking about HCG Pellets, Pills, Troches, or whatever people are calling them these days.

So which is the best way to take HCG?

HCG Drops vs. Injections - In this match I would have to say that the HCG Injections would come out on top. There is really no other way to get the HCG into your system faster or more effectively than HCG Shots.

HCG Drops vs. Pellets -Both of these methods are almost the same when it comes to effectively getting the HCG into your body. However, with the Pills, you do have to take a higher amount of IU's to reach the same HCG Levels as the Drops. For that reason I would have to declare HCG Drops the winner of this bout.

Do HCG Drops work?

Yes, the HCG Drops will definitely work if you use the right kind, and in the right way.

Now just to make things perfectly clear, when I refer to the HCG Drops I am talking about Real HCG Drops not Homeopathic.

With the HCG Homeopathic Drops, you will NEVER be able to reach the levels of HCG that your body needs in order for the diet to be effective and for it to do the job that it needs to do.

But even when you have Real Pharmaceutical Liquid HCG Drops, you still need to know how and when to take them.

How To Take HCG Drops:

The first question we need to answer is...

What Time Should You Take Real HCG Drops?

There is actually not a specific time set for taking Oral HCG Drops. And it can even depend on the company you  purchase your drops through. Some companies might have you mix them to take 2 times per day, and others might have you doing it 3 times per day.

But these days, for the most part, I see mixing instructions that have you taking them 3 times per day. So lets just say for the sake of argument that you are supposed to take them 3 times a day.

Basically the best time to take your drops will all depend on when you wake up and go to bed.

For example: If you wake up at 7:00 A.M. and go to bed at 10:00 P.M. the best times to take your drops will be at 7:30 A.M. then at 2:30 P.M. and again at 9:30 P.M.

The trick is to spread it out so you have the HCG Hormone being introduced consistently into your body throughout the day. You should also try to stick to that same schedule if possible.

And remember, you should start taking your HCG Hormone Drops on your very first Gorge Day/Load Day.

This brings us to the next question...

How Do You Take HCG Drops?

Again, for the sake of argument we will say that you are supposed to take them 3 times a day.

At your designated times, 3 times per day, you will place the drops under your tongue and hold them there for approximately 15 minutes - If you can, hold them there longer, then swallow.

Now keep in mind the golden rule is to NEVER eat anything for a minimum of 30 minutes after swallowing your HCG Sublingual Drops.
