Today We Are Preparing An HCG Diet Entree For Two!

Bell PepperA large number of people who use the HCG Diet are wives who have husbands at home that they still have to prepare meals for, even though it's usually separate from what they are dishing up for themselves.

Well this little HCG P2 Recipe will allow you to create enough for you and your spouse. This way you not only save yourself from having to prepare 2 separate meals, but it is healthier for them as well.

However, if you don't have another person to worry about, or you don't think that this would be enough to fill them up, you can simply save the rest of the food for your lunch or dinner the following day. Two birds with one stone as I like to say.

But no matter what your situation is, single, married, divorced or even if you still have an entire family at home, you will definitely want to give these HCG Steak Fajitas a try.

P2 HCG Recipe: Steak Fajitas For Two

Ingredients:


  • 200 Grams Beef Cut Into Strips
  • 1 Whole Onion Sliced Into Half Rings
  • 1 Whole Bell Pepper Sliced Into Strips
  • 1 Clove Garlic Finely Chopped
  • Taco Seasoning - (Use as much as you'd like ... I like a lot) Try my HCG Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 4 Leafs of Iceberg Lettuce (Rinsed and Dried)
  • A Pinch of Sea Salt
  • A Pinch of Black Pepper


Directions:


  1. Over medium heat, add Chicken Broth, Onion and Bell Pepper to a non-stick skillet.
  2. When you notice the Onion and Bell Pepper start to wilt, throw in a pinch of Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
  4. Add Beef Strips.
  5. Right after you add the Beef Strips into the mix, toss in the Garlic.
  6. Cook about 5 to 7 minutes more.
  7. Add Taco Seasoning.
  8. Cook until the liquid is almost all the way gone.


Serving Instructions:

Place cooked beef strips on top of your Iceberg Lettuce Leaf and eat it like a Beef Fajita should be eaten.
