HCG Recipe Phase 3: Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti Squash

It's Spaghetti, It's Squash, It's Spaghetti Squash!


The Maintenance Phase really opens the door to a whole new variety of foods and HCG Recipes. Even so, you should still be mindful of what you eat during Phase 3.

In my opinion the healthier your meal is, the better off you'll be. So today I have devised a delicious P3 Recipe for Spaghetti Squash with Chicken Alfredo, and it is simply divine. Give it a try and I think you'll agree.
Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti

HCG Recipe Phase 3: Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti Squash


Preparing Your Spaghetti Squash:

1. Poke holes all over your Spaghetti Squash.
2. Pre-Heat oven to 375F and bake for 1 hour.
3. Remove and let cool.
4. With a sharp knife, cut in half lengthwise.
5. Scoop the seeds and fibrous strings from the center of the squash.
6. Using a fork, gently scrape the sides of Spaghetti Squash to make strands.

Preparing Your Healthy Chicken Alfredo Sauce:

Here's What You'll Need...


  • 1 Head Cauliflower (Chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stalk
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black or White Pepper

Chicken Alfredo Cooking Directions:

1. Boil the chopped Cauliflower for 20 minutes or until it becomes mushy.
2. In a medium size frying pan, mix together Low-Fat Whipped Cream, Parmesan Cheese and Minced Garlic.
3. Simmer the mixture for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Drain out any excess water from boiled Cauliflower and add to a food blender along with the Low-Fat Whipped Cream, Minced Garlic and Parmesan Cheese mixture.
5. Now add Chicken Stalk, Sea Salt, Pepper and blend well until sauce is thick and smooth.

To Serve:

Pour desired amount of Alfredo Sauce over Spaghetti Squash Noodles and serve.

Optional:

I like to put crushed Melba Toast/Grissini Breadsticks over the top of my Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti Squash.
