What Are Your Expectations Of The HCG Weight Loss Diet?
Most people when hearing about the HCG Diet for the first time, will usually hear about the large amount of weight that can be lost in just a short period of time.
For the most part people are told that they will lose about 1 pound per day; so once they start the diet that is what they expect. And for some, that is exactly what they get. While others fall short of meeting this 1 pound per day expectation.
But Why Do Some People Lose 1 Pound Or More Per Day, While Others Don't?
There are actually many different reasons why some people fail to hit the 1 Pound Per Day quota, these are just a few of those reasons.
1. Not Using Real HCG: This one is probably the biggest cause for not reaching your weight loss expectations. When a person uses Homeopathic HCG Drops, Cream, Spray, or Pellets, it all usually starts fine in the beginning, but then your body basically starts to hoard the calories in order to survive the starvation mode that it has been thrown into. Unfortunately without real Pharmaceutical HCG to tell your body which fat to burn, you will be unable to continuously lose weight on this diet.
2. Your Gender: Typically on a day to day basis you will see men lose more weight than women. While men lose about 1 pound per day, it is more common for a woman to lose somewhere closer to 1/2 pound. Of coarse some women can and do lose more than men on occasion.
3. Not Following The HCG Rule: It's simple, you must follow the protocol to lose the weight.
4. Cheating On The HCG Diet: Even the tiniest of cheats can keep you from reaching your full potential on the HCG Diet.
5. Already At Your Ideal Weight: Your body won't allow you to burn fat if there isn't any fat to burn. So if you're already close to your ideal weight, you probably won't be losing anywhere close to 1 pound per day.
So, What Can You Expect From The HCG Diet?
Honestly, you can expect to get out exactly what you put in. What this means is, if you give the diet a half ass attempt, more than likely you will experience half ass results.
However, although it's not all that common, there are people who do the HCG Diet and give it very little effort and still end up getting surprisingly good results.
But let's be honest here, would you really want to spend the money and put in the time just to find out whether or not you can get away with it. After all, it's usually the people who do the diet that way that go right back to eating the same way that they did before the weight came off, so inevitably the weight returns.
On the other hand, if you go all in and devote yourself to the diet 100%, the results will show, and probably sooner than later. But try to keep in mind that it's likely going to take a little bit of sweat and hard work -- It may even take more than one round to get you right where you want to be.
Remember though, most of us are trying to correct a lifetime of unhealthy living and eating habits. So while it may not be the easiest thing you have ever done, it will be worth it.
Besides, the more hard work you put into something, the more you appreciate the results. Which means that you'll work that much harder in maintaining the results you have achieved.
