    Today, I have a new Plateau Breaker tip that I have never talked about before on the HCG Diet 411 Blog. And just in-case you don't know what a Plateau is... A plateau is when you stop losing weight for 24 hours or longer - It can last anywhere from 4 to 6 days.

    • Include 2 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar to the 500 Calorie Diet. You should dilute the Apple Cider Vinegar with water or juice. However, you always want to take it all at one time - If you try to take a little bit here and there throughout the day, it may have a negative effect on your teeth. So make sure that it is well diluted.

    Some people even say that Apple Cider Vinegar helps to promote weight loss.
