Fish You Can Eat On The HCG Diet

  • If you're not sure which type of fish you can eat on the HCG Diet, keep reading.

    One thing I've recently noticed, is that there are a lot of people out there that don't know which kind of fish are allowed on the HCG Weight Loss Diet. Sure, you know that you can have white fish, but there are quite a few different fish that fall under that category.

    So today I'm going to do you a favor - I am going to give you the long list of fish that are considered okay to eat on the HCG Diet.
