Sometimes, all you need is a few good spices to make an old dish taste like new again. So here it is...

White Fish With Rosemary

Here's what you'll need...

  • 3.5 ounces - White Fish
  • 1 teaspoon - Ground Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon - Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon - Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon - Garlic Powder
  • Juice from 1 Whole Lemon
  • 1/3 cup - Water

Directions:

1) Mix the Ground Rosemary, Black Pepper, Sea Salt and Garlic Salt together.

2) Season both sides of the fish.

3) Place the seasoned fish in a skillet with 1/3 cup of water and lemon juice.

4) Place a lid on the pan to keep the steam inside the skillet.

5) Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes - The fish is considered done when it comes apart easily with fork.

Serving Suggestions:

Asparagus goes great with this recipe - I like to cook my serving of Asparagus in the same pan with the fish. It adds something extra to the fish and the vegetables.

NOTE: You can use any type of white fish for this recipe.

On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...
