Energizing Lemon Green Tea

Why Not Kick-Start Your Day With Some Energizing Green Tea!

For years we have all heard about the many different benefits of drinking Green Tea ... It's been said that Green Tea has the ability to fight Cancer, Heart Disease, and may even help to lower Cholesterol and your risk of stroke.

And while those studies and claims may be as controversial as the HCG Diet itself, I personally found that while on the HCG Diet Green Tea helped to jump start my day -- Not only that, but it even helped me to feel a lot less hungry in the mornings.

But aside from waking you up and curbing your appetite, it's also quite delicious too.

In case you were wondering this is how I like to make my Green Tea...

Energizing Lemon Green Tea

  • 1 Green Tea Bag
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 to 2 Packets of Stevia
  • 1 1/2 cups Water

Directions:

  1. Bring water almost to a boil.
  2. Pour into your favorite tea cup.
  3. Steep tea bag for approx. 60 seconds ... Then let it sit in the water for an additional minute or so.
  4. Squeeze excess water from tea bag into your cup and remove.
  5. Now add your Stevia and juice from 1/2 Lemon.
  6. Stir well and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions: If you'd like you can cut off a small slice of your Lemon to let float in your Green Tea - However, you will want to do this before squeezing the juice out.
