HCG Diet: What To Eat On Your Gorge Days

Want A Little Help With What To Eat On Your Load Days?

Sample Gorge Day | Mcdonalds hamburgers
In one of my last posts I wrote about the importance of properly loading -- Well, today I wanted to give you a good example of what you should be eating on your Gorge Days.

I came across a great article in one of my many different HCG Manuals that I own.

The article goes in to fairly good detail about what types of foods to eat on your 2 Gorge Days.

This inspired me to do the same type of thing - So I went ahead and put together a sample Load Day for you.

Here is a good example of what one of your Gorge Days might look like.

What To Eat On Your Gorge Days: Sample Load Day

Breakfast: A Cream cheese bagel with bacon and sausage, and a ham/cheese omelet.

Mid-Morning snack: A Donut, along with some strawberries and whipped cream.

Lunch: Pork chops, potato with sour cream, a roll with butter and a buttered vegetable.

Afternoon snack: Ice cream shake, Cookies and/or a Brownie.

Dinner: Fettuccine, cheese garlic bread, and salad w/regular dressing – don’t forget cheesecake or some other dessert.

Late-night snack: Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream (I LOVE Their Oatmeal Cookie Dough Flavor)

Note: You can’t go wrong by making a stop at a fast food restaurant to grab yourself a hamburger, fries and a shake.

And for those of you that don't know, your Gorge Days are the first 2 to 3 days of Phase 2. During the first day of gorging, you will also begin taking your HCG Injections, Drops or Pellets.

This gives the HCG Hormone plenty of time to build up in your body so that it can do its job once the 500 Calorie Diet begins.

Are you looking forward to your Gorge Days?

As always, I would love to hear what you think - So please be sure to tell me your thoughts in a comment below.

HCG Diet Phase 1

How Much Do You Really Know About Phase 1 Of The HCG Diet? Today I was reading up on Kevin Trudeau's Weight Loss Protocol, when I came across Phase 1 of the HCG Diet. And as I was reading I thought, this would be a great topic for today's blog post. However I must warn you it's kind of long. Oh who am I kidding, it's very long. So make sure that you set aside a little bit of time to read it. Now while you are reading this article try to remember, Phase 1 is not something that everyone does - But if you do decide to do it you will likely experience greater success during Phase 2. Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...
