HCG Diet Plateau Breaker

If you have hit a Plateau, this is a great time to get off!

Anyone who has done the HCG Low Calorie Diet has heard the term "Plateau Breaker". You might even be on a "Plateau" right now!

What is a Plateau you ask?

Well, if you are on the HCG Weight Loss Program, and you go 1 or more days (24 hours or longer) without losing any weight at all, this is called a Plateau. This can last anywhere from 2 - 6 days.

So if and when this happens, you can then try using an HCG Diet Plateau Breaker.

There are actually quite a few different Plateau Breakers, but today I'm only going to talk about one of them.

Plateau Breaker Tip:

One great Plateau Breaker that I like to recommend using, is to completely cut out your Melba Toast and Grissini Breadsticks. Most people usually use one or the other, but whichever one it is, stop eating them and see if it helps.

Doing this should help get you off of your "Plateau" within the next 24 hours and losing weight again.

Hopefully this tip has taught you a little bit more about Plateau's and Plateau Breakers. Keep checking back with us for more up-to-date HCG Diet tips. As always, good luck!

Which Plateau Breakers have you tried before? Be sure to tell me your thoughts in a comment below.

  4. The Grissini Breadsticks can be found at Safeway back in the Bakery area, usually by the fresh baked bread area. Melba toast Should be by the breadcrumbs and even in the baby food isle as they use this for teething.

  7. Hi-
I am new to your site.
I would like to say that I am feeling somewhat confused and upset with my progress.
I have been taking the HCG shots now for 16 days. At the first 7 days I was down 8 1/2 pounds. But, I started to struggle with gaing 2-3 pounds back within the next few days.
It has now been a total of 16 days and for the last 7 days I now not lost any more weight.
I did try the apple day anf saw no change, I then tried the steak and apple day and saw only a slight drop in pounds... What am I doing wrong? Should I start excersing.... I don't want to spend the remaining 21 days without anymore weight loss occurring. Please advise :(

HCG Diet Phase 2

If you don't know everything there is to know about Phase 2 of the HCG Diet, you need to keep reading... In my last post I gave you Phase 1 of the HCG Diet . And like I told you yesterday, the 1st phase of the diet is highly recommended. So if you haven't done it yet, make sure this is something that you at least consider before starting the 500 Calorie Diet. Now I am sure I don't have to tell you that Phase 2 is the most important part of the HCG Diet when it comes to losing weight. In fact, this is the phase that you will lose all of your weight in. So if you haven't read this part of the protocol, here is Phase 2 in its entirety... Phase 2 of the HCG Diet The entire manuscript that describes this protocol is entitled, Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity - by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons, M.D.   (THIS PHASE MUST BE DONE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A LICENSED HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER!) Day One: Take an injection of between 125-200 units of h

The Nature Of HCG

The more I learn about the human body and the HCG Hormone, the more it amazes me. Today I wanted to share with you the nature of HCG, or as Dr. Simeons puts it... The Nature of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin "HCG is never found in the human body except during pregnancy and in those rare cases in which a residue of placental tissue continues to grow in the womb in what is known as a chorionic epithelioma. It is never found in the male. The human type of chorionic gonadotrophin is found only during the pregnancy of women and the great apes. It is produced in enormous quantities, so that during certain phases of her pregnancy a woman may excrete as much as one million International Units per day in her urine - enough to render a million infantile rats precociously mature. Other mammals make use of a different hormone, which can be extracted from their blood serum but not from their urine. Their placenta differs in this and other respects from that of man and the grea

So today I'm going to do you a favor - I am going to give you the long list of fish that are considered okay to eat on the HCG Diet.   Fish You Can Eat On The HCG Diet Types Of White Fish...
