HCG Diet Plateau Breaker

If you have hit a Plateau, this is a great time to get off!

Anyone who has done the HCG Low Calorie Diet has heard the term "Plateau Breaker". You might even be on a "Plateau" right now!

What is a Plateau you ask?

Well, if you are on the HCG Weight Loss Program, and you go 1 or more days (24 hours or longer) without losing any weight at all, this is called a Plateau. This can last anywhere from 2 - 6 days.

So if and when this happens, you can then try using an HCG Diet Plateau Breaker.

There are actually quite a few different Plateau Breakers, but today I'm only going to talk about one of them.

Plateau Breaker Tip:

One great Plateau Breaker that I like to recommend using, is to completely cut out your Melba Toast and Grissini Breadsticks. Most people usually use one or the other, but whichever one it is, stop eating them and see if it helps.

Doing this should help get you off of your "Plateau" within the next 24 hours and losing weight again.

Hopefully this tip has taught you a little bit more about Plateau's and Plateau Breakers. Keep checking back with us for more up-to-date HCG Diet tips. As always, good luck!

  3. Can you tell me where to find the melba toast or the breadstick? Lots of good info, thank you.

  4. The Grissini Breadsticks can be found at Safeway back in the Bakery area, usually by the fresh baked bread area. Melba toast Should be by the breadcrumbs and even in the baby food isle as they use this for teething.

  7. Hi-
I am new to your site.
I would like to say that I am feeling somewhat confused and upset with my progress.
I have been taking the HCG shots now for 16 days. At the first 7 days I was down 8 1/2 pounds. But, I started to struggle with gaing 2-3 pounds back within the next few days.
It has now been a total of 16 days and for the last 7 days I now not lost any more weight.
I did try the apple day anf saw no change, I then tried the steak and apple day and saw only a slight drop in pounds... What am I doing wrong? Should I start excersing.... I don't want to spend the remaining 21 days without anymore weight loss occurring. Please advise :(

Tell Us Your HCG Diet Story

Would you like to write an article for the HCG Diet 411 Blog? These days, there are people all over the world that are using the HCG Diet. Whether it's good or bad, each one of these people have a story to tell about their experience. Are you one of these people? If so, I would love to hear what it is you have to say; and I'm sure my blog readers would too. Not a professional blogger? - Don't worry, you don't have to be. If you can write a letter, you can write a blog post. See, I really want to get HCG Diet users talking about how they've done with the diet so far - Because even though a doctor can tell you how the diet works and what to expect from it, only a handful of them have actually done it. Which means they can't tell you on a personal level what you will experience. Now don't get me wrong, most doctors are very knowledgeable about the HCG Diet and they usually have valuable information to share with their patients. I just th...

Where Do You Buy Grissini Breadsticks - Answer

If you've been looking for a place to buy Grissini Breadsticks, look no further - We have finally located them... Yesterday, I wrote a blog post in response to a question that I hear all of the time from my readers. If you didn't read the post or you don't remember the question was - I will tell you again. We talked about... "Where To Buy Grissini Breadsticks" Basically I was trying to find out if anyone knew where to find them. Well as luck would have it, just a few short hours later I had my answer - It came from a reader named Chris. This is what Chris had to say... The Grissini Breadsticks can be found at Safeway back in the Bakery area, usually by the fresh baked bread area. Melba toast Should be by the breadcrumbs and even in the baby food isle as they use this for teething . I mentioned yesterday that I had read about someone buying them at Safeway, but I guess now it's confirmed. The funny thing is, Chris wasn't even respo...

HCG Diet Dangers

HCG Diet Dangers - Are there any? And if so, what are they? So what are the dangers associate with the HCG Diet? If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet. A lot of the websites that you will run into trying to find the answer to this question, are nothing more than marketers using fear tactics to get you to buy their product. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing. The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe. While getting an infection from a syringe is a danger that is associated with the HCG Diet, it is a mistake that a human makes that causes it. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads...
