Fourteen Days Of The HCG Diet

Noooo!!! We Have Hit A Weight Loss Stall!

It's now my wife's fourteenth day on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet, and unfortunately she has hit a "Plateau".

For her Plateau Breaker she has increased her water intake from 1 Gallon to 1 1/2 Gallons a day. This should knock her off of her Plateau in no time. If you want you can read more about this Plateau Breaker.

There is no shortage of Plateau Breakers to try if you do end up hitting the dreaded HCG Stall.

For those of you that are not familiar with what a Plateau is, it's when you fail to lose any weight for approx. 48 hours or longer.

The worst thing about having your weight loss stall is that it can be very discouraging. But if you use an HCG Diet Plateau Breaker and stick to the HCG Protocol, you should be back on track by the very next day. If your not, you might want to try a different Plateau Breaker.

Hopefully we can get her off of her "Plateau" today.

    I guess you could say that it's kind of a water therapy. Water is one of the most important parts of the HCG 500 Calorie Diet. With this diet and probably a lot others too, the more water you drink the more weight you can lose.

  2. I took a five day off injections while on vacation. Increased my water intake half as much and doubled my protein and I didn't lose or gain. I was afraid of gaining b/c of cheese, but to my delight, I didn't!

    I'm glad to hear that you didn't gain any weight throughout those 5 days. It's funny, sometimes the smallest things can make you not lose weight or can even make you gain. It sounds like you did great though! I hope the rest of the diet went smoothly for you.
