It's true. The way the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet Plan works is - Before each meal, you would take 1 to 3 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with water. Along with balanced portions, this is supposed to promote natural and healthy weight loss.


It's been said that this natural diet remedy has been around for over 175 years. These days, there are even Apple Cider Vinegar Diet Pills, for those folks who are serious about trying this diet.

Adding ACV to your daily regimen, along with sticking to the HCG Protocol, could help get you much closer to hitting your target weight.

Apple Cider Vinegar has been known to stimulate the metabolism and cleanse the internal organs. It is also very helpful in releasing stored fat cells.

If you are going to use it - you should dilute 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar using water or juice. You should take it all at one time - DO NOT try to spread it out over the coarse of the day; this may have a negative effect on the enamel of your teeth - So always be sure to brush your teeth at the end of the day.
