Are you wondering how to do an HCG Diet Steak Day? In yesterdays post, " What To Do After The HCG Injections Stop " we talked about the goal of the Maintenance Phase - Which of coarse is to stay within 2 pounds of what you weighed on your last injection day, or on the last day of taking your HCG Drops or Pellets.
