What To Do If You Are Sick Of The Food On The HCG Diet

If you get sick of the food on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet, there is something you can do about it.
 
On the HCG Low Calorie Diet, you have very few food options. And with such a small selection of food to choose from, most people get tired of eating the same thing over and over again.


However, there is something that you can do about it. And the good news is... You don't have to cheat on your diet - You don't have to be a master chef - And... You probably have everything that you need right there in your home.

So what can you do if you get sick of the food on the HCG Diet?


Spice it up - That's right, just spice it up bit. That's all... I know it doesn't seem like much, But... by using various spices on your veal, beef, chicken breast, white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp, it's like you are eating an entirely new meal.

For example, yesterday I gave you an easy to make recipe for White Fish with Rosemary. Which is basically just White Fish seasoned with Rosemary, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Garlic Salt and Lemon Juice - It's very simple, yet delicious.

Here's some of my favorite seasonings to use

  • Rosemary
  • Chili Powder
  • Garlic Salt
  • Onion Salt
  • Oregano
  • Thyme

These are just some of the spices that I like to use on the HCG VLCD. There are tons more out there.

Or...

You might even try cooking your protein in different kinds of broth - There are flavors like Chicken, Beef, Vegetable and many others. There is really no limit to what you can do to spice up your food.


And if you really think about it, that's what we do when we're not on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet anyway. Seriously, how many different ways do you know how to cook Beef or Chicken? It's the same thing here, you just have to be a little more creative.


So if you're getting board with eating the same old thing on the HCG Diet, spice it up a bit!
