For most people, one of the hardest parts of the HCG Weight Loss Diet is the food; or lack there of. But since we can't start adding our own items to the HCG Diet Menu, we'll just have to work with the ones we've got.

Now the recipes that I normally give you are created for your protein. So today I wanted to give you an HCG Recipe for Phase 2 that will help to spice up your veggies...

HCG Roasted Asparagus

This is what you'll need...

  • 100 grams - Asparagus
  • 1 clove - Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Oregano
  • Pinch - Black pepper
  • Pinch - Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
     
  2. Cut off the wooden ends of your Asparagus.
     
  3. Place on a sheet of non-stick aluminum foil.
     
  4. Sprinkle all the seasonings over the top of your Asparagus.
     
  5. Roll up the ends of the non-stick aluminum foil tightly to form a closed pocket.
     
  6. Place in the oven and roast for about 15 to 20 minutes
