Grab Some Of Your Favorite White Fish And I'll Show You How To Spice It Up!

My wife's step-dad is a die hard fisherman - Which means we always have a freezer full of fish. In fact, he gives us so much we almost never have to buy fish at all.

Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy fish as much as the next person - But when you eat it all of the time you have to come up with new ways to prepare it.

So today I wanted share with you one of my favorite ways to eat white fish - It is simple, yet delicious. And the best part is, you can enjoy this recipe during Phase 1, 2, or 3.

HCG Lemon Pepper Fish

  • 100 Grams of your favorite White Fish 
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Cloves - Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Cumin

Directions:

  1. Place fish into a small bowl.
  2. Coat both sides of fish with Garlic, Black Pepper, Salt and Cumin.
  3. Cover and place in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Place the fish in a non-stick baking dish.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish is flaky.
  6. Sprinkle Lemon Juice over the top of your fish.
  7. That's it - Now just serve and enjoy!

NOTE: Feel free to add in any of your own favorite spices.
