What Your Food Should Weigh And How To Prepare It

Do You Know How To Prepare Your Food Before You Weigh it?

The other day I told you how important it was to use a scale for weighing out your food on the 500 Calorie Diet.

So today I wanted to make sure you knew exactly how much your food should weigh.

Now I know that a lot of you probably know how much protein you're allowed to have.

But, what you may not know is that there's a certain way to prepare your food before you even put it on the scale.

How To Prepare Your Protein Before Weighing:

Before weighing your protein you want to be sure that you carefully remove all visible fat.

Plus, it's important to note that you should always weigh your food raw, not cooked.

How Much Should Your Food Weigh?

For each meal (Lunch and Dinner) you are allowed to have 100 Grams, or 3.5 ounces, of either Veal, Beef, Chicken Breast, Fresh White Fish, Lobster, Crab, or Shrimp.

You are allowed to have approximately 100 Grams of vegetables with each meal as well.

Keep in mind that you do not need to weigh out your fruit servings. But just in case you are wondering, you can have either 1 Apple, 1 Orange, 1/2 Grapefruit, or a handful of Strawberries.

And if you don't think it's important to weigh out your food for each meal ... Think again!

Because weighing your food can actually mean the difference between success and failure on the HCG Diet.

Did you get yourself a food scale yet?

As always, I would love to hear what you think - So please be sure to tell me your thoughts in a comment below.
