Between the different dangers and side effects of the HCG Diet, there are a lot of things to watch out for. In fact, if you recall we have covered most of them in various different blog posts.

And as you may have guessed, there are different factors that put certain people at risk to experience each side effect or danger.

However, there is one HCG Diet Danger that pretty much everyone is at risk for...

Gaining your weight back after the diet ends!

Now if I had to guess, I would say that this is one HCG Diet Danger that everyone of us thinks about. Just the thought of doing all of that work to lose the weight, to simply gain it all back makes most people cringe.

However, unlike most of the other side effects of this diet, this particular HCG danger is completely 100% avoidable - It's really quite simple too.

How To Avoid Gaining Back All Of Your Weight


  • Stick to the HCG Diet Protocol.
  • Don't Cheat.
  • Do all of Phase 3 (Maintenance)
  • Weigh yourself daily.
  • Use good portion control.
  • Stay away from fast food restaurants.
  • If you gain more than 2 pounds back, do a Steak Day right away.

Doing these things can definitely help keep you from gaining back the weight that you had lost - But in the end it all comes down to you wanting to keep the weight off. Because if you aren't willing to work at it, there's really nothing that can stop you from gaining.

So remember this, if you keep doing what you are doing, you'll keep getting what you've got. In other words, if you want to keep your weight off, then simply do what it takes to keep it from coming back.
