Originating in Colombia over a decade ago, it has since become a worldwide phenomenon. And with its combination of dance, aerobics and martial arts it is easy to see why.

These days you can find people taking Zumba classes at their local gym, or even in their living room at home.

Plus, the good news is that there are many different skill levels -- Which makes it perfect for beginners.

Now as most of you already know, exercise is not mandatory on the HCG Diet. However, if you are looking to speed up weight loss during the VLCD Phase, incorporating Zumba or some other form of exercise into your daily routine is a great way to do just that.
