Hopefully We've Found Another Way To Make The HCG Diet More Effective!
Well it's official, Suzy has now started her 4th and hopefully final round of the HCG Diet.
Once again she will be using HCG Injections to administer the HCG Hormone - Like I have stated before, HCG Shots are without question the most effective way to do the diet.
In the past, Suzy has done 3 previous rounds periodically over the coarse of the last 7 years.
But after the birth of our youngest child Jax, she has really struggled to get back down to her pre-pregnancy weight. I know that this is something that a lot of women have had issues with.
So as I usually do, I will be writing about her HCG Diet Journey. This means that I will be talking about her good days, bad days and everything in between. Even though Suzy doesn't always like me to talk about some of the issues that she might be experiencing, I think it is helpful for all of you to see first hand what people really go through on this diet.
Another benefit to following Suzy as she does the HCG Diet, is that every time she starts a new round she likes to try something that she hadn't done previously. For example, during her last round she did a third Gorge day rather than the traditional two.
This time she will be using B12 vitamin drops along with her HCG Shots. The drops are supposed to give you more energy, which is something that we could all use on this diet. It will be interesting to see how well they actually work.
So I hope all of you look forward to once again reading about her weight loss journey, I know that I look forward to writing about it.
In fact, some of our most popular and helpful posts in the past were the ones about Suzy's personal experiences the HCG diet - Like the one where we had went away for the weekend and ended up eating at a 5 star steakhouse. To make a long story short, the temptation proved to be too much and surprise surprise, she cheated on the 500 Calorie Diet. Although, it didn't have a great outcome, it was a great learning experience for her, and the message simple: If you cheat, don't give up - You can still go on to have a successful round.
