HCG Treat: Apple Fruit Rollups

Surprisingly Better Than Store Bought Fruit Roll-Ups -- And Healthier Too!

HCG Fruit Roll Ups I remember when I was a kid and my mom would pack Fruit Roll-ups in my lunch every once in awhile - It was always such a delicious and healthy treat ... So I thought.

After having a couple kids of my own I started paying more attention to labels. That's when I realized that the store bought Fruit Roll-Ups really don't contain much fruit at all. In fact, they contain 2% or less of any Natural Flavors - They actually put it right on the label.

Unfortunately this means that they are not good to eat while on the HCG Diet. But that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a tasty Fruit Roll-Up, or Fruit Leather as they are sometimes called. It does mean however, that if you want a delicious yet healthy Fruit Roll-Up you will simply have to make it yourself.

Honestly, it really is easy to do. Below I have posted a simple to create recipe for Apple Fruit Roll-Ups, aka Apple Fruit Leather.

Apple Fruit Roll-Ups

Here's what you'll need:

4 Cups - Apples (Peeled, Cored and Chopped)
1 Tablespoon - Lemon Juice
1 to 2 Tablespoons - Stevia
1 Teaspoon - Cinnamon
1/2 Cup - Water

Directions:

  1. Wash, peel, core and chop apples and place them into a medium saucepan.
  2. Add in the 1/2 cup of water and bring to a simmer.
  3. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until soft.
  4. Add Stevia, Cinnamon and Lemon Juice, then mash like you would if you were making mashed potatoes.
  5. Cook approximately 3 more minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  6. Place mixture into a blender and puree until smooth.
  7. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Pour Apple mixture onto lined baking sheet and spread into a thin layer evenly with a wooden spoon.
  9. Bake at 170 degrees for 2 or 3 hours or until it’s tacky but doesn’t stick to your finger.

NOTE: I always like to throw in a couple of Strawberries to mix things up a bit.

What was your favorite flavor of Fruit Roll-Ups as a kid?

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

While on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet and Hormone Injections, HCG Drops or HCG Pills, you may have noticed that your bowel movements are starting to become very few and far between. Unfortunately, constipation is one of the few side effects of the HCG Diet. The good news is that you are not alone. In fact, around 80% of all HCG Diet users experience this problem. Fortunately, there is something that you can do about it. So if it seems that you too are having a lot less bowel movements since you started the HCG Diet, read the information below to see what you can do about it. What To Do About Constipation On The HCG Diet: If constipation has become more of a problem since starting the HCG Diet, you can keep it from happening so often by drinking more water. How To Mix Your HCG Injections

If Your Interested In Knowing The Proper Way To Mix Your HCG Injections, Take A Look At The Video Below... In the past I have been asked for a more detailed explanation on how to mix your HCG for injections. So when I came across this video today on You Tube I just had to share with you. You'll see in this video how to mix 5000IU of HCG. But be sure to pay close attention to the little notes that pop up throughout the video. These notes will tell you how much you will need to inject for your exact dose. Mixing Instructions For HCG Injections If you plan on doing one round of 40 HCG Shots , it would be a good idea to get two 5000IU vials of the HCG Hormone rather than one 10000IU vial. Then, when the first 5000IU runs out you would simply mix the second. This way you will ensure that your HCG stays fresh for the full 40 days. However, if you do it this way you will most likely have a little bit of liquid HCG left over when your round is complete. But it's better to h...
