Well, I guess it's officially HCG Recipe week here at HCG Diet 411. For some reason once I start sharing HCG Recipes I just can't stop.

But with a diet as restricted as this one I'm sure that I won't be hearing any complaints!

Now, like the other 2 delicious HCG recipes that I shared with you recently, this was also posted by one of our fabulous HCG Forum Members - This young lady goes by the name... Missnight.

So get your tongs ready because we're about to toss some salad!

Chicken and Orange Salad

(One Serving)

- Boil 3.5 oz of cut up boneless skinless chicken breast for approx 15-20 min.

- Salad dressing: 5 teaspoons of red apple cider vinegar, 2 packets of Stevia, 1 1/2 lemons juiced, mix.

- Toss dressing and chicken pieces with 4 oz of green leaf lettuce and add 1 orange that is cut into pieces.

(Time: 20-25 minutes.)

Optional: To add a little extra crunch to your salad, crush up your Grissini Breadsticks and sprinkle them right on top.
