Lets Make Some Meatloaf, Shall We!
Today I ran into an old HCG Recipe - Phase 2, for Meatloaf. Right when I saw this recipe I was amazed that I had never posted it before.
This really is delicious. It's almost as good as the Meatloaf that my mother used to make. (Mom if your reading this, I said almost)
So here's your new HCG Recipe for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet...

So here's your new HCG Recipe for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet...
HCG Style Meatloaf
Here's what you'll need...
- 100 grams - Ground Steak
- 1/2 teaspoon - Milk
- 1 Grissini Breadstick/Melba Toast (Ground up)
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon - Minced Onion
- 1/2 teaspoon - Spicy Mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon - Sage
- 1 Pinch - Sea Salt and Pepper
- HCG Sugar Free Ketchup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients and form into a small meatloaf.
- Place into a small glass dish and cover.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread a little HCG Sugar-Free Ketchup on top.
- Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
