HCG Recipes Phase 2 - Meatloaf

Lets Make Some Meatloaf, Shall We!

Today I ran into an old HCG Recipe - Phase 2, for Meatloaf. Right when I saw this recipe I was amazed that I had never posted it before.

This really is delicious. It's almost as good as the Meatloaf that my mother used to make. (Mom if your reading this, I said almost)

So here's your new HCG Recipe for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet...

HCG Style Meatloaf

Here's what you'll need...

  • 100 grams - Ground Steak
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Milk
  • 1 Grissini Breadstick/Melba Toast (Ground up)
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Minced Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Spicy Mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon - Sage
  • 1 Pinch - Sea Salt and Pepper
  • HCG Sugar Free Ketchup

    Directions:


    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. In small bowl, combine all ingredients and form into a small meatloaf.
    3. Place into a small glass dish and cover.
    4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    5. Remove from oven and spread a little HCG Sugar-Free Ketchup on top.
    6. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
    7. Serve and enjoy.
     
Serving Suggestion: I also like to use a little HCG Sugar-Free Ketchup to dip it in.
