HCG Diet Summer Kabobs

I thought since it's summer-time and the weather is good, I would give you a Phase 3 Recipe for the HCG Diet that you could cook on the grill.

HCG Diet Summer Kabobs


Here's what you'll need...
  • 2 lbs of any Shish-Kabob Meat - cut into cubes 
  • 2 Tablespoons - Soy Sauce  
  • 1 Tablespoon - Oil  
  • 1 Teaspoon - Ground Coriander  
  • 1 Teaspoon - Ground Cumin  
  • 1 Teaspoon - Chopped Garlic  
  • A Bunch of Cherry Tomatoes

Directions:
  1. Mix the Soy Sauce, Oil, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin and Chopped Garlic all together in a plastic ziplock baggie.
     
  2. Place the cubed Shish-Kabob Meat into the mixture.
     
  3. Let it soak for about 12 to 24 hours. 
  4. Place meat and tomatoes on skewers - Every 2 peices of meat, put on a tomato.
     
  5. Now just throw it on the grill and cook until it's done. (I like mine Meduim-Well)


These are great to have at BBQ's or Pool Parties. And it's something that everyone will enjoy.
