HCG Diet Tomato Chicken Soup

Having good recipes for the HCG Diet will increase your chances success!

Yesterday I gave you a delicious Phase 2 Recipe for - HCG Diet Chicken Soup. Today, I'll be sharing another soup recipe with you - which is also for Phase 2.

This will make about 4 servings = 250 Calories per serving.

HCG Diet Tomato Chicken Soup

Here's what you'll need...

  • 2 small cans - Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 small can - Chicken Broth
  • 1 small can - Green Chilies 
  • 14 oz. - Chicken Breast Fully Cooked and Cut Into Cubes 
  • 4 oz. - Diced Onion
  • 4 oz. - Diced Celery
  • 1 Pinch - Chili Powder

Directions:

  1. Using a blender - Blend the 2 small cans of Diced Tomatoes. 
  2. Add the blended tomatoes and all of the other ingredients to a medium size sauce-pan. 
  3. Let that simmer until the vegetables are nice and tender. (about 20 to 30 minutes)
