HCG Smoothie For Phase 3

This HCG Phase 3 Smoothie Is Not Only Healthy, But Delicious Too!

Today I wanted to tell you about one of my own little concoctions that I created while on Phase 3 of the HCG Diet.

I like to call them HCG Berry Smoothies.

They are so good, you will want to keep making them long after the diet ends - I know I still like to anyways. So go mix one up and tell me what you think...

HCG Berry Smoothie For Phase 3

Here's what you'll need...

  • 1 Handful - Blueberries
  • 1 Handful - Strawberries
  • 1 Handful - Raspberries
  • 2 Packets - Stevia
  • 1 Splash - Low Fat Milk
  • A bunch of Ice

Directions:

  1. Place Ice, Milk and Berries into a blender.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add Stevia and pulse.

That's it - Enjoy!

I hope you don't mind my method for measuring the ingredients - This is the way I have always done it.

Serving Suggestion: Using flavored Stevia might taste good too!
