This HCG Phase 3 Smoothie Is Not Only Healthy, But Delicious Too!
Today I wanted to tell you about one of my own little concoctions that I created while on Phase 3 of the HCG Diet.
I like to call them HCG Berry Smoothies.
They are so good, you will want to keep making them long after the diet ends - I know I still like to anyways. So go mix one up and tell me what you think...

HCG Berry Smoothie For Phase 3
Here's what you'll need...
- 1 Handful - Blueberries
- 1 Handful - Strawberries
- 1 Handful - Raspberries
- 2 Packets - Stevia
- 1 Splash - Low Fat Milk
- A bunch of Ice
Directions:
- Place Ice, Milk and Berries into a blender.
- Mix well.
- Add Stevia and pulse.
That's it - Enjoy!
