I Have An Easy To Make Phase 2 HCG Recipe For All Of You Today!

Now I am by no means a master chef or anything even close to that. So when it comes to making an easy recipe, I'm all game.

And to me, cooking any type of shrimp recipe is about as easy as it gets. So today I thought a Phase 2 shrimp recipe would be perfect to give all of you. It's called HCG Shrimp Cerviche - And I think it is one that everyone will thoroughly enjoy.

HCG Shrimp Cerviche

100 Grams - Cooked Shrimp (Chilled)
3 Tablespoons - Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
1/2 - Tomato (Diced)
1 Tablespoon - Purple Onion (Chopped)
1 Clove - Garlic (Minced)
Fresh Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
1 Dash - Sea Salt
1 Dash - Black Pepper


  1. Steam the shrimp.
  2. Add in Fresh Lemon Juice, Chopped Onion, Minced Garlic and Chopped Cilantro.
  3. Stir in Diced Tomatoes, then throw in a dash of Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  4. Refrigerate and let everything marinate for about 30 to 45 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Serving Suggestion:

  • If you'd like, you can add in a dash of hot sauce right before stirring in the diced tomatoes.
  • Also, some people prefer to dice up the shrimp after steaming, but it is totally up to you.
