  2. Take daily walks.
  3. Exercise often.
  4. Get plenty of sleep.
  5. Eat breakfast everyday.
  6. Take a good Multi-Vitamin.
  7. Eat 1 to 2 Apples daily.
  8. Eat Grapefruit often.
  9. Eat organic foods.
  10. Drink Green Tea.
  11. Eat plenty of fiber.
  12. Use good portion control.


Up until this point you have been in weight loss mode. Now it's time to make sure that you don't start going back to the old habits that led you to need the HCG Diet Plan in the first place.

5 Tips For HCG Maintenance To Help You Change Your Old Behaviors:


  1. Don't eat in bed.
  2. Don't eat in front of the TV.
  3. Sit down at the table and relax during meals.
  4. Thoroughly chew your food.
  5. Make sure you are only eating when you are hungry and not just bored.


Of coarse you want to make sure that you are utilizing the HCG Steak Day if you do happen to gain more than 2 pounds over your ending weight as of the last day of taking the HCG Drops, Pellets or Injections.

Another Useful Tip For Phase 3:

Throughout the 500 Calorie Diet you are strongly encouraged to keep an HCG Journal for various different reasons ... To track your weight loss, your weight gains, what you are eating, if and when you cheat ... But why not keep a journal for Phase 3 as well.

Keeping a Phase 3 journal could be helpful if you are having a difficult time stabilizing and maintaining your new weight - That way you would be able to go back and possibly find out what is causing your issue.

And if you find yourself getting discouraged, just try to remember that everyone is different, just because some things work well for one person doesn't mean they will necessarily work the same for you. So pay attention to your body and do what you feel is going be best for you as an individual.
