Sugar Free Ketchup For The HCG Diet

Wouldn't it be nice to eat ketchup on the HCG Diet? Why not make your own Sugar Free Ketchup!

I know that a lot of people have been searching endlessly online for Ketchup recipes that they can use during Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. That's why when I came across this one I immediately wanted to post it for all to see. So here it is, Ketchup approved for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet.

Sugar-Free Ketchup

Here's what you'll need...
  • 3 ounces - Tomato Paste
  • 3 Tablespoons - Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon - Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Celery Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Mustard Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Onion Powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Garlic Powder 
  • Tiny Pinch - Nutmeg
  • Tiny Pinch - Clove 
  • Stevia to taste

Directions: Dissolve spices in the vinegar and lemon juice. Then add the Tomato Paste and mix thoroughly.

If needed: Add additional lemon juice, vinegar, or a little bit of water until it reaches your desired thickness.

  3. I'm wondering how important the phase 3 part of the diet is. Is this the stage that sets your metabolism? How long do I have to stay on the 1500 calories, and when can I add some starches?

How Much Do You Really Know About Phase 1 Of The HCG Diet? Today I was reading up on Kevin Trudeau's Weight Loss Protocol, when I came across Phase 1 of the HCG Diet.
